I just got this prompt on my PC. It says I have 0 cosmetics and heirlooms. On my Xbox I have 4. And many many cosmetics. But I couldn’t press anything but continue and now all my cosmetics are gone. Stats and badges were retained, nothing else though.

Well now that detected data mismatch isn’t happening anymore; my accounts didn’t merge. I’ve been in contact with EA Help and they are pretty (I don’t know how to say this in a nice way) useless. I guess it’s my fault because I tried to merge my two EA accounts last season once I knew cross progression was happening. Before I saw any of the warnings about losing your progress. So now I don’t have my stuff on PC and my Xbox account seems to be bricked by the infinite loading glitch. Awesome.
