Hey folks, please take the time to go through our guides below, as they cover all the situations that have been brought up.
Progress is stored on the EA account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc. This means if you link your platform to a different EA account, you'll lose access to that progress.
In this case, it looks like your Steam account was linked a little while after our Cross Progression announcement last year, while the PlayStation account had been linked to this EA account pretty much from the start. This would be why you're only seeing the PlayStation progress.
If your Steam was linked from a different EA account, you'd need to re-link it there to try recovering any of the progress. It won't be possible to combine progress from separate EA accounts.
It looks like you've linked your platforms to a brand new EA account rather than using one that has your progress on it. Please see the guides above, as progress does not transfer if you unlink your platforms like this.
It looks like your PlayStation account was linked here shortly after our Cross Progression announcement last year. Much like all the others above, this does not transfer your data. You would need to re-link the PlayStation account to its original EA account if you're trying to restore access to that content.
No, you cannot transfer content from one EA account to another. You would need to re-link the PlayStation account to its original EA account to try recovering access to that progress, but it won't be possible to combine with a separate EA account.
Hi Mako!
Thank you for your reply. Would it be possible to help me figure out which account i linked it to? Also just for clarification i wont be able to get back what i have lost after linking it then?
