Hello I play on PC and played on play station as my main. I got the notification on both pc an playstation but my progress stayed the same on both platforms. How can I get my progress on PC?
Community ManagerThis sounds like you may have your PC and PlayStation accounts linked to separate EA accounts.
Progress is stored on the EA account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc. This means if you link your platform to a different EA account, you'll lose access to that progress. If you've made progress on two separate EA accounts, there is not a way to transfer that to the same account.
It would be best to reach out to support directly to try and locate whichever account was used previously, as we aren't able to discuss your account details on the public forums. 🙂
