I am running into a problem when the Apex accounts where merged. Me and my sibling are under the same account and played on separate consoles and would play together with friends. We are wondering if their is any way that we can play at the same time with this account while the other is playing at the same time without starting a new account and losing all the progress we have sepertly accumulated over the past years. If you can help us that would be great thanks!

Progress is stored on the EA account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc. This means if you link your platform to a different EA account, you'll lose access to that progress.
You or your sibling would need to move your platform to its own EA account if you're looking to be able to play at the same time. That will cause you to lose access to the progress that has been made on this EA account, so whichever account moves will be starting from scratch on the new EA account I'm afraid.

Hello, no sorry thats not what i meant, i made it complicated. Its Just this account is connected to my ps5 and always has been. I did not get any of my items from cross progression, nor did the ps5 receive my pc accounts items.
Community ManagerThis account does not have a PSN account linked. That would be the other account you had posted with earlier, as mentioned in your earlier messages.
There is not a way to get your items on two completely separate EA accounts like this.
If the wrong account was linked and you're unable to re-link it again on your end, you would need to contact support to see if they have any other options to assist with the linking.
Keep in mind that unlinking would result in progress being left behind on the EA account, and does not transfer or merge that progress to a different account. If you had progress on two separate EA accounts, there is not a way to combine or merge that together.

There is not a way to combine progress across multiple different EA accounts, so if you're wanting to be able to access your PC progress on multiple platforms, you would need all those platforms to be connected to the EA account that has your PC progress. No progress from the other platforms would transfer if they were originally on separate EA accounts.
