Hey folks,

Cross Progression does not allow you to transfer any progress between different EA accounts. If you're linking platforms from one EA account to another, your progress will be lost.

This is detailed a bit further in the warning when unlinking any account as well as in our Cross Progression announcement and guides below.

If you're looking to restore any lost progress, you would need to re-link the platform to its original EA account. Please contact support directly if you need assistance with that process.

contacted support chat and they were not able to help me. cannot unlink my psn. so many hours and dollars gone because i struggle with reading. this whole setup wasnt meant for people who struggle with interpreting things like me eg (simple person). doesn't make me feel great especially when EA preaches inclusion.
