I’m having a problem with the cross progression I’m trying to unlink my account from another account but the prompt for it isn’t showing up , I was told to unlink them but I’m unable could there be a thing I have to do first to unlink them
Progress is stored on the EA account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc. This means if you link your platform to a different EA account, you'll lose access to that progress.
It looks like that may be what happened here, as your PlayStation account was only linked to this EA account towards the end of last year. Whatever progress you had unlocked while playing on PlayStation before this would be on the previous EA account.
