I got to 4000hammer and diamond ranks without using pad after moving to the PC version, but when I enabled Cross Progression, I lost those badges because the PS5 account I used to play with became my primary. Will these badges not come back?
I was playing without a pad and it's sad to see all those achievements disappear because "secondary is like a smurf".
I am using a translator because my English is not good.

Community ManagerSome badges from Apex Legends’ earlier seasons previously earned on a non-primary account (an account that wasn’t the highest level at the time of Cross Progression) may not have been merged into the new Cross Progression enabled account which will be used going forward.
If these badges can be earned again through future gameplay, that is the only way to reacquire these badges.
For badges that cannot be obtained again due to their nature - e.g. a badge awarded for completing a former season’s Battle Pass or achieving a particular rank in an old season - Respawn continues to investigate returning these badges to affected users in the future.
We will have more to communicate about this investigation and its outcome at a later date.
