I was instructed by EA's chat support to post on the forum. I would like you to help me solve it.
First, enter the necessary information.
-I have been playing Apex mainly on PS4 and Steam.
-Recently, I've been mainly playing on Steam.
-The link between PS4 and EA account was canceled based on instructions from support.
-All the skins and characters that I had purchased from PS4 have been lost.
Next, I would like to tell you about my background.
Since progression started, I was trying to integrate everything since my PS4 account was my main account.
I tried to link this account to PSN, but the PSN account was frozen.
*I was told that this freeze is because I haven't played for a long time.
I consulted chat support about unfreezing it, but was told that "the only way to do this is to unlink it. Your progress may be lost.''
So, I accepted the subsequent disclaimer and removed the link.
But as mentioned above, everything was lost.
*At this time, I linked my PSN to "yamiochick".
There are two points that I would like to see resolved.
1.Was the only correct way to do this was to remove the link?
2.I believe that I have suffered damage from support. Is there a solution to this situation?
