@EA_Mako My ranked basges have been reset back to bronze. Ive hit diamond in most season, except 10 and 17 where i hit Masters. Badges since cross progression have stayed but prior to that (except my grandfather badges) are gone. My primary platform is Xbox and i accepted the cross progression on Xbox. Can this be fixed?

This is not due to a Cross Progression issue, just a separate bug already under investigation from the team. 🙂

Progress is stored on the EA account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc. This means if you link your platform to a different EA account, you'll lose access to that progress.

If your PSN was your main account in the past, that progress would be stored on whichever EA account your PSN was linked to originally. It sounds like that account had become deactivated.

By unlinking your PSN from that and linking it to a new EA account, your progress would be lost as described in this unlinking information and the disclaimer you mentioned.

The only way to try recovering that information would be to re-link your PSN account to the original EA account. If that account was lost and support could not recover the account, there would not be a way to restore the progress unfortunately. You would need to speak with support further if you're trying to check on re-linking the PSN account or recovering that older EA account.

You would need to make sure your console account is linked back to the EA account where the progress was originally earned to try recovering any missing content, though it's also possible for that to be permanently lost anytime you unlink an account. If you have any issues re-linking your accounts please reach back out to support so they can help get your platform account back to its original EA account.
