My accounts have been merged apparently and PC is my main account but I recieved none of my items from Xbox and when I went to my xbox and loaded it up to see I got a couple of splash screens that half loaded about my founders pack and champions pack but when it finished loading it is an exact copy of my PC account now. I do not have the heirloom for wraith that I had nor even the info from the packs I had purchased previously on xbox.

This sounds like your Xbox account was on a separate EA account and was later linked to the same EA account that had your PC progress. You would need to re-link that back to its original EA account to try recovering access to that progress.
Progress is stored on the EA account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc. This means if you link your platform to a different EA account, you'll lose access to that progress.
