I just got this prompt on my PC. It says I have 0 cosmetics and heirlooms. On my Xbox I have 4. And many many cosmetics. But I couldn’t press anything but continue and now all my cosmetics are gone. Stats and badges were retained, nothing else though.

Happened to me too. Playing on Playstation 5. Lost 90 battle pass levels this season and also 67 battle pass levels from last season. Every stats included ranked stats is lost. Lost badges, many skins and more.
