I play on ps4 and i have not linked or unlinked any accounts recently and my battle pass, stats skins, badges, levels, etc have been reset back down. I have only ever played Apex on my Playstation. if this is not reversible i will need refunds or compensation for my missing cosmetics that i spent money on.
After the update this window came with crossplay. After that I noticed that I was demoted to rookie 4 from diamond 4 in the ranked game. And then the really big problem started, even my 36 packs from the event were deleted. That means the Heirloom and all the skins are gone and God knows what else. Oh ofc the Battle Pass progress is gone. and my coins.
