Cross progression not working when all accounts are linked. Now I have nothing saved other than achievements from xbox. please return my saved items. I recently tried swaping over to steam to play Apex instead of xbox but none of my saved items were loading. i have had my accounts linked before i even attempted to swap systems. But when returning to xbox all of my progress is reset except for my hours and achievements. Someone please help

If you check your Connected Accounts page, do you see your Steam and Xbox accounts linked to the same EA account? Are you launching Apex using that same Steam account? Since progress is stored at the EA account level, your platform accounts need to be connected to that same EA account to access it.
Have you unlinked your Xbox or Steam accounts from the EA account they were originally linked to? If so, your best chance of restoring lost progress would be to relink your platform to its original EA account. If you've already re-linked the original accounts and the progress has not returned, it would be lost permanently per the risks of unlinking and unfortunately cannot be recovered.

It’s just as you saidEA_mplsnow , relinking the original account has not returned my original progress. I guess my journey with Apex is over since I’ve spent too much money to even consider starting over.
