Cross progression issues.

So somehow cross progression on apex reversed my whole battlepass back to level 1 and on top of that, I don't have access to it without repurchasing it. All of my stats for season 20 are GONE. None of my challenges are complete.

Did I mention I only have one universal account? How the hell did this mess up my progression? Any advice?
