It looks like you've unlinked your PlayStation account and linked it to a completely separate EA account. You cannot transfer any progress between EA accounts.
If you're wanting your PlayStation progress on PC and don't care about the PC progress, you would need to link your PlayStation account back to its original EA account, then also unlink your PC account and link it to that same EA account. Keep in mind this will then cause your PC progress to be lost instead.
If that's something you'd like to look into further, you'll need to contact support directly for assistance.
It sounds like you may just be logging into the wrong EA account. I do see an Xbox account linked to the account you're posting from, though it doesn't appear that one has logged in to complete the merge process.
Can you check any other emails or accounts you may have used? If you're not sure or no longer have access to an account, you can contact support directly so they can help locate and/or update it as needed.
