Hi, I had a problem with cross progression. I played on ps4 and I had my ps4 account linked to an ea account in season 19 when the cross progression arrived, I was not interested in merging my accounts in that time.Now this season 21 I did want to merge my accounts and as you said the highest level account will be the primary one in this case my playstation account so I no longer had access to the game from my PC on the steam and ea account, so I unlinked my account of playstation from my ea account and created a new ea and steam account so that the progress of my highest level account (ps4) would go to the pc account thenI link the steam and ps4 account with the ea account and in the moment I entered Apex from the PC, I received the cross progression notification, so according to what they said, the highest level account would go to both devices, but that didn't happen, otherwise my new Apex account appeared on both devices and I lost all the progress of the game of my ps4 account. Please help me recover my account as soon as possible.

Hey @dyxzw1,
Progress is stored on the EA account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc. This means if you link your platform to a different EA account, you'll lose access to that progress.
Unlinking your account does not allow you to transfer progress, it will result in lost progress. Please see our unlinking article here for more information regarding the warning that appears during the unlink process.
There is not a way to transfer progress from one EA account to a different EA account. Cross Progression simply allows you to access the content of one EA account with platforms connected to that same account.

Hi @dyxzw1,
You would need to try re-linking your PlayStation account back to its original EA Account.
If that was linked to that account back when Cross Progression was implemented last year and just recently unlinked to try moving it, you'll likely be able to restore access to that progress by re-linking the original accounts.
