Community ManagerIf you had just linked your Xbox to this account from a different EA account, you won't have anything merged from it. We cannot merge content between different EA accounts, I'm afraid.
The content from your Xbox account would still be available on the EA account where it was first earned.
Hello when cross progression first came out I made this mistake, I took my ps4 (where I had a lot of items) and linked it to a newer ea account, after I didnt have my content I inquired about it and found out the content is on the ea account itself, so I waited for the 6 months then merged my ps4 account back to my original ea account.
Unfortunately although I've retained some things, like I still have my prestige level, my stats and badges. I've lost much more, I lost my charms, ALL my character and gun skins and regrettably my 7 heirlooms.
Oddly enough the game somewhat remembers I had skins, because when I hover a character on the character screen, it shows the skin I most recently had equip to them, If its a character I have unlocked and I click on them, then the skin dissapears and it shows the base skin again, if the characters locked then it will keep showing the skin, so I've been careful to not unlock a lot of the characters (They were all locked again)
Please let me know theres a way to recover my stuff

Unfortunately, if you've re-linked to the original account and are still seeing issues, there wouldn't be any other options we have to try and restore access.
Our unlinking article goes into this a bit more, but this below portion just expands a bit on the warning that appears during that unlinking process I'm afraid.
If you unlink a platform account that you use to play Apex Legends, you might have issues with Battle Pass leveling, item unlocks, and other errors.
Instead of unlinking and relinking a platform account you play Apex on, we recommend starting fresh on a new account.
