Community ManagerIf the progress was originally made on a different EA Account, that's the only EA Account that will have access to that particular content.
Progress is stored on the EA account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc. This means if you link your platform to a different EA account, you'll lose access to that progress.
If you're trying to access the content you had on PlayStation with your Steam account, you would need to link the Steam to the EA Account where that PlayStation profile was linked and played as well. If you run into any issues getting the correct accounts linked, please contact support so they can take a look.
If you used a different EA Account for your recent login, that has linked your platform to an EA Account that doesn't have your game progress.
Your game progress is stored at the EA Account level and cannot be transferred to another account.
In this case you would need to unlink your platform and re-link it to your original EA Account to try recovering access to that progress.

no i linked the true account thats not the problem. the problem is just i cant reach my skins they are locked. but i can see them i think its a cross progression mistake because i can see my old trackers too.
