The account you're posting with has never accessed Apex on PlayStation, so it is not the EA Account with your PlayStation progress.

This is why you're not able to access that content.

You would need to locate the original EA Account and link your Steam there instead if you're trying to access that PlayStation progress.

@EA_Mako i have a question I've never linked a ea account to my psn account till now then when I logged in I lost everything skins coins legends basically everything is their a way for me to get my stuff back or I just lost it all.
