Heres what happened: I had a xbox account with 2 heirlooms, level 500+ and around 11k total kills. When cross progression came out, i unlinked my xbox account to link it with my steam account so i can have my heirlooms on steam. Unfortunately, that did not work, so I recently relinked my xbox account back to this account. Now, instead of overriding my xbox account which was level 500+, it instead just gave me my pc account which is like level 23. Is there any way i can get my xbox account back? I spent loads of money on this game lol
Community ManagerProgress is stored on the EA account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc. This means if you link your platform to a different EA account, you'll lose access to that progress.
This can sometimes be recovered if you re-link the original platform to its original EA Account, but that's unfortunately not able to be guaranteed.
You mentioned you recently re-linked your Xbox to this EA Account. Was this the original EA Account or is there another one that it was linked to previously? If this isn't the original, you'll want to try re-linking the Xbox to the original EA Account it was on.
If this is the original and re-linking hasn't restored the progress, that would be falling into the issue mentioned here and is not something we'd have any other options to restore sadly.
This is the original account. Is there anything I can try? I spent alot of time and money on this account i dont want it to go to waste
