Had accounts merge, Xbox and PC. PC level was like 30 and Xbox was 150ish with skins and coins. Seasons of progress including progress from first release. PC account of course retained all progress and Xbox vanished.

It looks like your Xbox account was linked to a different EA Account originally.
This would also cause a loss of progress. Progress is stored on the EA account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc. This means if you link your platform to a different EA account, you'll lose access to that progress.
You'd need to try re-linking your Xbox account to its original EA Account to attempt restoring access to any of that progress.
