Issues after Cross Progression is activated on your account? Check here first!

Hello, I lost all my progress in apex legends after I linked my EA account & Steam account. I had played 300+ hours on Origin back then and i had almost all legends unlocked (just not the last one, alter i believe). 

When i opened the game on steam for the 1st time I was level 1, and when i came back on EA app, i was still level 1 with all my progress gone. I tried asking EA help but they don't even answer my ticket and ask me to click a "resume case" button that just sends me here then say my case is fixed... 

I'm lost and I really don't know what to do.
