@EA_Mako Hi, I have been playing for a while but it’s bothering me too much I had to post on the forum. I merged my PC and XBOX accounts, and although I had significantly more progress on my Xbox Level 500 prestiged, day one player with 20k kills on my account, when the merge occurred it only took the stats of my PC, which I had significantly less playing time. Lost a bunch of my badges, trackers and stats following the merge and it’s been hurting my soul ☹️ spent hundreds on the game but not having my season 1-10 stats from console on my account (even when playing on Xbox) is absolutely heartbreaking. Especially considering how much I spent on all the battle passes. I have the skins but no stats/trackers/battle pass badges to show for all the money I spent in the first 3 years of the game. Please help :’(

Hey @FearedRaptor,

It definitely sounds like you had quite the investment in the earlier seasons, so it's really unfortunate that you can't show off those stats any longer.

Stats were only kept from the primary (highest level) account, they were not merged or otherwise combined. In the case of multiple platforms with the same level, your primary account would have been whichever you had last logged into before Cross Progression took effect. Feel free to check through the FAQ here for those details.

I'm afraid there is not a way to manually select the primary account, so sadly we wouldn't have any way to make any changes to your account or which stats/badges/trackers were converted at this point.
