The loading screen

I keep trying to press lunch or something but then it just says retry over and over, and then it also says lost connection to PlayStation network but my network or whatever is clearly working, idk what the problem is but I just wanna play, also at the bottom left it says data center: downloading 449, I just wanna play apex.
