apex account integration and progress restoration support（on PSN＆PC）
APEX I lost my PSN progress when linking accounts before and after cross-progression, so I want to restore it. Before and after cross-progression last year, accounts were not merged properly and progress was lost. I tried to somehow set up a connection between my PC and PS4 accounts, but it didn't work. Also, there is a limit to changing the connection of a PSN account once every six months, and I don't know how to do it myself, so I would like some support. Ideally, the progress on PSN would be integrated with the PC account (steam or EAapp), and the PSN account information could be used on the PC. For this purpose, we will generously provide information such as login information. Also, real-time chat support is nowhere to be found. Community ManagerTo clarify, progress will be lost anytime there is unlinking involved, whether before or after Cross Progression became active.
Progress is stored on the EA account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc. If you remove a platform from that link, it can cause the progress to be lost.
The only way to try restoring access to that progress will be to re-link the original accounts. For any trouble re-linking accounts, it will be best to reach out to support directly.

Linked my xbox and pc accounts. didnt get any cosmetics did what the support team told me to do and lost everything. now they refuse to help me. saying i read the disclaimer...... so ive lost money and things earned on a day one account. this is ridiculous.
