Data center reset

I can’t play the game without lagging and I keep getting packet loss and my iO is going high and it can’t be my internet connection cause they fixed it so it probably the data center from apex to my console cause when I go to the firing range my I io is low to high and I can’t play with friends that are on PlayStation when I’m on Xbox
