To clarify, progress will be lost anytime there is unlinking involved, whether before or after Cross Progression became active.

Progress is stored on the EA account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc. If you remove a platform from that link, it can cause the progress to be lost.

The only way to try restoring access to that progress will be to re-link the original accounts. For any trouble re-linking accounts, it will be best to reach out to support directly.

Please keep in mind that we will never ask you to share your login information, and do not need that information for our support team to investigate. Keep your login details secure and private! 🙂

If you create a new case here and select Game Support > EA Account > I want to update my EA Account information, you should be able to get in touch with the support team so they can take a look.

Linked my xbox and pc accounts. didnt get any cosmetics did what the support team told me to do and lost everything. now they refuse to help me. saying i read the disclaimer...... so ive lost money and things earned on a day one account. this is ridiculous.
