Hi I recently sent yall email about my account. I use to play on PlayStation and that WAS my main account. When I switched to PC I started over but didn't play much since I wasn't able to get my stuff my PlayStation. Now that I linked my PlayStation account and my Steam Account to EA. I don't have access to my PlayStation stuff which included a bunch of skins for legends and 5 heirlooms. I also lost the stuff from my steam account that I bought. I was level 99 on my steam account and well over 500 on my PlayStation account and it sent me back to Level 11. I also don't have any of the stuff I bought on steam. I didn't get a response back from anyone only saying it was fixed and my case was closed. Nothing was fixed at all. My main account is now steam but I would like the stuff that was on my PlayStation account on my steam account. I would greatly appreciate it if someone can get back to me. Thank you!

Progress is stored on the EA account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc. This means if you link your platform to a different EA account, you'll lose access to that progress.
I'm seeing quite a large number of different platforms being unlinked and re-linked from/to this EA Account over the past months.
If you're missing any content, the only way to try recovering that would be to re-link your platforms to the original EA Account(s) where that progress was earned. It is not possible to transfer progress from one EA Account to another unfortunately.
If you've already re-linked the original accounts without seeing any progress return, that would be lost. If you're having trouble getting the original accounts re-linked, please contact support directly so they can take a look and help out.
