My psn and steam was connected to EA account , but i couldnt use my psn progression , even tho my psn got higher lvl and etc. So i decided to reconnect psn and steam to another EA account , and now i lost both my psn progress and pc progress , please help
Community ManagerIt is not possible to transfer your progress to another EA Account by unlinking and moving your platform accounts, sorry. This will only result in a loss of progress as mentioned in the warning that must be accepted when going through the unlink process.
The only way to try and recover that progress would be to re-link the original accounts, however there's always a chance the progress will be permanently lost anytime an account is unlinked.
If you run into any trouble getting the original account(s) re-linked, please contact support directly so they can take a look.
