Some badges from Apex Legends’ earlier seasons previously earned on a non-primary account (an account that wasn’t the highest level at the time of Cross Progression) may not have been merged into the new Cross Progression enabled account which will be used going forward.
If these badges can be earned again through future gameplay, that is the only way to reacquire these badges.
For badges that cannot be obtained again due to their nature - e.g. a badge awarded for completing a former season’s Battle Pass or achieving a particular rank in an old season - Respawn continues to investigate returning these badges to affected users in the future, but we are not able to manually grant these on a case by case basis, sorry.
