Hello,

I would like to report a possible matchmaking issue affecting my account in Apex Legends.

For a long time (approximately 3 years), I have been experiencing abnormal matchmaking behavior compared to normal gameplay. The issue is persistent and occurs every time I play.

Details of the issue:

• Matchmaking time is significantly longer than usual
• I often encounter similar types of players repeatedly
• The overall matchmaking environment feels different from what I experienced previously

Account status:

• No bans or restrictions were found when I contacted EA Support
• Account data (level, rank, cosmetics) is normal and intact

Troubleshooting already performed:

• Changed DNS settings
• Switched data centers (servers)
• Cleared cache and rebuilt database on PS5
• Tested network environment
  → No improvement after all steps

Additional notes:

• The issue has been consistent over a long period
• It feels specific to this account rather than general server issues

If anyone has experienced similar matchmaking behavior, please let me know.

I would also appreciate it if the team could review this as a potential technical issue related to matchmaking.
