Hey, sorry to revisit so late, i did this and it didnt work, with the ea support people saying there was no account linked to my nintendo account, but im still not getting prompted to link one on my switch. sorry again for the delay

10go7mc5w9vg It sounds like when you contacted EA Support, you were logged into the wrong EA Account, (which wouldn't show a linked Switch Account if one wasn't linked to that EA Account at any point in its lifetime).
