It keeps closing without saying anything

Hello reader.

Im getting kind aangry bc when i open my apex legend, if it is on my disk or launcher or origin it keeps doing the same thing.

When i press play on the launcher it open in 7 seconds and closes after that without saying anything, it does the same thing everytime, i have repairered, uninstallet it and i have restartet my pc and i have also uninstallet origin and installet it again.

What can i do to fix this thing?

    Thanks for giving it a shot. 

    Looking at the DxDiag you posted I'm seeing some errors happening with a process called LEDKeeper.exe. That's a process for MSI MysticLight software. Do you currently have this running on your PC? If so, can you try disabling it and launching the game again? 

    I'm wondering if there's something happening with this LED software that's leading to crashes with Apex Legends as well. Let me know if that makes any difference.

    When you have a chance could you pull up a DxDiag so we could take a look? For more details on how to grab one check out the EA Help website.

    Thanks! I appreciate it. 

    Can we try starting up your PC in a Clean Boot to see if that helps at all? If there's something else running on your PC that might be interfering with Origin it may help get around it. 

    For more info on how to set up a Clean Boot check out the EA Help website. Let me know how that goes when you have the chance. Thanks again!

    I did the Clean boot thing but nothing happent, it did nothing, everything is still the same.

    Thank you 4 the help. I think it was the LEDKeeper.exe that interrupted Apex, well it works now i think.
    I can start it up and play it. I thank you 4 everything you did these past 3 days.

    Hey @Pichahu. 

    Is the LED Keeper software still running on your PC? Did you check to see if it there are any updates for the software since this started happening?
