It won’t allow me to press “a” to log into Apex
I play on Xbox series x. For the past few days whenever I start up the game, it’ll take me to the main screen before you enter the game. But from there it will not allow me to enter the game at all. I cannot press “a” to enter. I can’t change servers, I can’t do anything besides close the game. It’s not frozen or anything, it just won’t let me enter the game. Sendddd help.
@nurfcy Could you try to power cycle the console and see if that helps.
How to power cycle:
- Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.
- Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.
- Important Make sure that you wait at least 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.
- Plug the console power cable back in.
- Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.
