Missing Progress

So I have logged into Apex for the first time in maybe a year and all my progress is missing.

I have over 608hrs played in the game and according to the game I am level 1 and have no medals at all. All the Legends I have unlocked m, Skins unlocked and Apex Coins ive bought, gone!

EA cant help and all my email addresses and login details are correct. I have done all the usual reset, uninstall things with no success.

Can anyone Help?
