Its been 3 days

I got my over turn  for a ban and its been 3days i spent all my money on this account this is my 3rd account and im on my last starw this is actually starting to wear on me i cant play apex with the bros i have no more money and i got an over turn twice  and i can even creat a live chat ticket

    This particular message in your screenshot is slightly different from a ban at this point in that the team's already recognized someone else had accessed the account, so this is just locked down by support until they can verify you're back in control of the account.

    That aspect is good as you shouldn't have to worry about further appeals and going through Terms of Service that way. Instead, try creating a case here. If you're not able to get one created through that link initially, try using an incognito mode window or browser to create the case before logging into your account and see if it allows the option there.

    Since this is locked for suspicious activity rather than some actual rule violation, the support team should be able to take a look and help clear it up once the account has been secured instead of putting you back through the typical appeal process.

  • Sorry you had to go through that. Face the same issue last time. Took me a month to get my account back.
