And this message popped up at title screen and then, when I back to the game I've got a penalty for leaving match. My friends has this problem too. What should we do?

Hi I am receiving this error as well, and i've tried repairing EAC, reinstalling the game, and rebooting PC after performing any of the above, and the problem may go away for 1 or 2 games, but it reoccurs frequently enough to the point where it started giving me 10 minute penalties.It occurs when entering lobby, and I can see my character frozen at Repulsor, then it freezes onto the dropship, then it disconnects me.For my friends who are playing with me, it appears as if i'm not in the lobby, but then they see me in-game once in dropship (but i'm not moving), and then DC's around the same timing.This started occuring since the latest update.

Hellow David Apex Legends is playing hard to get or what ?! i have been playing this game ever since season 2. from few days i am getting this error : so basically my match starts and then gets stuck at the loading screen and skip to being at the ground (landed) but everything is frozen or sometimes its stuttering after i land while getting those connection issues' symbols at the top right screen. Well, i try to leave of course but i cant because then connecting to lobby dialogue box comes and stays like that. so i have to quit the game with alt+F4. even if i dont sooner or later i get this error saying anti cheat cliend did not work blah blah blahi am playing on Tokyo servers( tried different ones all has this issue) now this doesnt happen every game but happens 4 out of 5 games while i dont get any issues throughout the match if it starts properly at the beginning. now plz help me on this. oh yes a friend of mine who was playing with me have been having the same exact issue.my drivers r up to date, i attached dxdiag and u can see there ain't no problem with my system or anything.

@EA_Kent I know it is difficult to be a developper and problems will always arise but, as a temporary measure, you should at least remove the leaver penalty until you can make those servers stable.That would make everyone happier.

@EA_Kent @same situation.me.Staying “Loading Kings Canyon” screen for over ten sconds, then the match begins so slow, even frame-by-frame ,that I cannot play.Further worse, EA and Respawn gave me an ABANDON PENALTY when I forced to disconnect from the match in situation above.It’s your lacking of technical skill.No need new season, no need new legend, no need new map, no need something new.JUST make Your game Playable.My environments:PS4 slimTokyo serverplaying variety of legend when this happenedevery time of a day, moring, after lanch, before midnightno spcific match type.Both ranked and casual match.

Do you and your friends play Apex Legends on PC, or do you play on a different platform?

@OilYoshi This is a wild guess but I stopped getting penalties if after the error I managed to get into a ranked match without closing the game...
