keep getting banned on apex legend for no reason

i keep getting banned in apex legend and this has to be something wrong.after my main account got banned for a false accusation(cheating)
and created 15th new cases explaining that im not cheating and still not getting my account back...so i give up..

then i created a new account..and got banned again after playing like 2 or 3 games on new fresh account...and then i created another account again...same thing happen..after playing 2 games i got banned...so in the past 2 week i keep created a new acc...11 new account i created and all og the end up getting banned the same way after playing like 3 games..

i contact ea thay asked me to run antivirus scan..and i did but theres nothing wrong with my pc...all good

this time i format my pc...sacrifice all my other install games and app so i can play apex legend...after format same thing happen...on my 12th new apex legend account...

so i dont know if my account got banned because its been report by other player or auto banned me...so i created my 13th new account to do some test..

this time i acting like completely bot newbies not hitting a shot with 0 kills and keep dying on purpose in the game..same thing happen..got banned after playing 3 games...so that means i got banned not because of getting report by other player....13th new account has been banned so far...so idk what to do anymore...even google not allowed me to created another gmail because using too many account on my phone number

so kindly EA staff...idk what is happening to my games and please find solution for me...i want to play the games...

Hi there, @Jebxt.

We're not able to help with banned accounts through Answers HQ. I see you've already reached the maximum number of investigations so ToS won't perform another one. Unfortunately, this means your ban will need to remain in place.

Same sht was happening to me!!!! wtf just happening? i got my 4 accounts banned in a pass 2days. wtf is wrong?!!!!!

Yo you dont understand. this my account got banned in Aug 3, 2021. i was playing apex legends and it was like lagging (fps drop) and then it kicked me out in the game and says "The Client's game accoung has been banned:Banned"

Like how did that happen? so i went to Ban HISTORY(dashboard) just to know if i did something wrong but nothing in there!!!

at first i taught i was got banned because of changing file( From English AUDIO to JAPANESE AUDIO). but it wasnt the reason! so i re-installed my game and sameshit is happened!!!!

and here i am, i created new one cuz i am waiting to this account to get unbanned but again,,, sameshit happened.

Its in progress rn. I emailed my case yesterday 2:08am(GMT+8). How long it will take to finish?
And my question is; why i keep getting banned in Apex Legends? Did i do something wrong? I mean i aint hacking thou and i have no Third Party Running on Background and Apex Legends is the only game i have on my pc. Im confused rn! This only happen after the Season10 patch

It depends on how busy the Terms of Service queue is. It can take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks. Unfortunately, I don't have any details on your ban though.

like i mentioned earlier...i give up my main account after 15 cases and didnt get and they still not unbanned my account...what i want to know is about my new account keep getting banned after playing 2 or 3 games.
13 new fresh account has been banned...
