Missing Legend Tokens

Player & Account Details

  • In-Game Name (IGN): i******[CM Edited: delete the personal information]
  • Platform: PC / Steam
  • EA Account ID / Email: sandeep_sdhsvm
  • Primary Region: AP-Southeast

A substantial amount of Legend Tokens has disappeared from my account.
Current Account Level: Level 490
At Level 490, total lifetime baseline earnings from level progression should equal roughly 500,600+ Legend Tokens (calculated at 600 tokens per level up, discounting early tutorial levels). My expected balance after accounting for prior unlocks/recolors should be significantly higher, but my current balance is incorrectly showing a major shortage.

    Sorry to hear you’ve noticed a large difference in your Legend Token balance. 

    Since we can’t review your full Legend Token earning and spending history from the forums, we’re not able to confirm exactly how many Tokens should currently be on the account.

    Please first fully restart Apex Legends and make sure you’re signed into the correct EA Account.

    If your Legend Token balance still appears incorrect, please scroll to the bottom of the guide and select Contact Us to get in touch with our support team so they can take a closer look at the account.

    Also, please avoid posting personal account information publicly on the forums.
