I am having issues with apex legends with a large lag spike for around 10 Seconds, I’m the PC I have good internet and surpass the requirements to run this game. I have tried every tutorial on YouTube with no success it’s not the killer network fix as I don’t have that and tries all sorts of packet loss and port tutorials
it ruins the game for me and I really enjoy playing any help would be amazing

Are you seeing any of the connection icons showing up in-game when this happens? What sort of specific troubleshooting have you already tried since this started happening?

I wouldn't bother messing with settings or looking for fixes. Chances are, the issue is on EA's servers; there's nothing you can do. EA recently blamed the increase of people using the internet as the sole reason for gaming performance issues; but I've had low-ping hops from me to the server and back, so that nullifies that logic. Chances are, unless a bug is patched or servers are scaled up/out, the issue will persist.
Damn. Seems like The lag was not addressed in this patch. That's foreboding. It might just mean that the Respawn Devs don't acknowledge the issue, and as such are either not addressing it, or are not skilled enough to fix it.
This could be a death knell for the game. Still getting lots of prediction errors with the new Bloodhound Town patch.
If anything its only gotten worse with this patch. The last 5 ranked games I played, I got the prediction error symbol constantly, couldn't even loot correctly. The second I started shooting at someone or someone started shooting at me, prediction error with insane lag. Its like stop motion Apex. Ive tried everything, reset my internet, change data centers, clear origin cache, etc., nothing works.
Respawn and EA dont care about the playerbase.
I have heard from multiple sources that the game itself has a know RAM leak??? which is causing the lag spikes?
