If you didn't find the answer for this yet, open the Nvidia control panel, go to "Manage 3D Settings" on the left, then on the right click "Program Settings." When that loads click "Add" then select Apex Legends from the list. You will have a dropdown that I don't have, but it will let you choose the graphics card for this game. Select your Nvidia card, click apply, and you should be good to go.

I cannot find Apex: Legends in the drop down that you noted. Any idea why??

That fixed my issue i knew something was happening but couldnt figure iutnwho i could Titanfall 2 fine or The Division above 120 FPS and this game was lagging.
After forcing the adjustments my system was golden.

Do you mean Nvidia Experience or something else?

I have the same problem. The game is lagging really badly even in the menu.i've gotten to the nvidia control panel part but i CAN'T FIND APEX LEGENDS ON THE LIST.Pls help i want to play this game with my friend.
