Exactly same issue for me from latest patch. Before the update, all was fine, I was playing Apex for few years and never had this issue.
Now, I login, the menu lags insanely for 10seconds, then all is fine, I start the game and then randomly it stutters/lags and I can see the on the top right the UCMD Delay (Input Lag) and Prediction Error.
I am gonna try reinstal once more If that doesnt help I will try to install it on Origin because now I am playing on Steam. Will let you know if there was somethign that worked.
Same issue here, video and sound stutters the first 10 seconds or so and then dissappears but I still get micro stutters in game and its unplayable, it was working fine before Loba's patch. Already tried reinstalling and deleting shader cache and temp folders, no fix so far.
Already tried to install origin Apex and still the same issue. So I guess time to give up on Apex after these years because now it is simply not playable. Lags every 20 seconds or so...also when I get in to a fight the ammount of no regs is completely insane half of R99 mag goes no reg. Wonder what it is causing but if it was working properly before the patch then I dont think there will be any answer. Just the patch itself is causing it. But since I guess not so many peoople has this issue there will be no fix for me. And I am not gonna buy a new PC to try if that is gonna help.
