Lag/stuttering after latest patch - anyone having same issue?

After the latest update ( new Loba heirloom ) my game keeps stuttering / lagging but very heavily to the point where the game is not playable. Never had this kind of lags before so it is not my PC, b...

@SkyyNetx0 Same issues here. Been dancing the last 3 days; 3 steps forward then 2 steps back... Lots of prediction lights popping on and off throughout the game...Shooting at a target then freezes. When I come back into frame I'm dead... 😭😭😭
