Latency after 7:30PM

Hello: I have become fed up with this issue. My PS4 gets 350-400+ Mbps download speed. I am connected via ethernet, I have 1 Gbps high speed internet. I should have no latency as bad as what I expe...

EA isn't throttling you, believe me. What you can do is download uotrace and point it to the EA servers for a traceroute. you can find out how to do that with this thread. https://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues/How-do-I-run-Traceroute-on-Apex-servers/td-p/8469934
The most likely thing is that this is an ISP issue which you might need to call the ISP to resolve. It depends on what result you get from the traceroute.

  I have run this test, but the results seem fine. To be clear, I am running the test on my desktop but the issue lies on my PS4. Does this make a difference? What should I even tell my ISP? I am at a loss. Thank You so much.

    @Max_Capitalism i have the same problem but my latency is 200+ constant
