It also worked great for me as well, using Wine and DXVK with AMDGPU/Mesa. Now I have the same problem and cannot run the game anymore because of EAC ☹️ Please EA/Respawn, do something about this.

This is what is so terrible: the game was literally running perfectly (not the launcher, but whatever) until it was arbitrarily closed when EAC happened.
Please, just remove the EAC block. I'm fine with a statement you can't support Linux, but don't take active measures to block us out.
