Legendary Duplicate Apex Pack item

During the Genesis event last season with the revenant heirloom challenges took place. I bought the third emperor skin and today I opened an apex pack and the legendary third emperor skin popped up. I thought Apex packs clearly stated no duplicates will happen in the packs? If you guys can look up my account gamer tag for Apex and look at my history, there is where you can see my problem. I also have a video where I opened the apex pack and when I go to the caustic skin, there is no red dot next to the skin as you would when you actually get a new skin for the legends. If you guys can change this for me, I would love to be gifted some heirlooms for my next legend for either bloodhound or wraith for the inconvenience.
