Level downgrade
Hello! in season 9 I was about 500-600 level. unfortunately I had to sell my computer and could only play again in season 19. It bothers me that everything else is left, gold, skins, etc. but my achieved level dropped to zero. my level is 149 now. I should have gotten heirlooms a long time ago. I won't get it anyway because it will be very, very long. I think I opened 500 apex packs a long time ago. it's not just the heirlooms that's the problem, the level itself is the problem. can this be reset? I think I should be at level 800 or so. Ever since I started playing again, it bothers me and it's like I'm being punished. thanks if I get any information. Respect Gábor.

Does your level badge have a green background?
We actually raised the level cap back in Season 14, when you would have been away from the game. Every 500 levels you'll essentially "prestige" and go back to level 1 of a new tier, with 2000 total levels just shown as 1 - 500 with different backgrounds as you level up.
In this case since you were 500 before this change was made, you would have gone up to level 1 of the next tier when you started playing again in Season 19.
So, you've not had anything reset or downgraded, you're just making your way through the new system that allows more packs to be earned. 🙂
