Man i have tried the whole training grounds looking for spots to drop it. I’m glad it worked for yoy byt for me even when it’s blue. She clocks the trigger and nothing happens.

Is it actually playing the animation like she's calling in the care package? It just doesn't ever drop in from the sky?

Hey, can you try going to the space in the image, to the left of where pathfinder stands, and just past the metal sheets. It's about the biggest nearby spot where you can summon the care package. 

If the spot @EA_David mentioned does not work you can also try hitting the corner of the raise behind the metal sheets. 

Yep she clicks the controller she is holding it just never comes down.

I managed to get it a bit further on that same level where you get dummy practice, it turned blue while looking at the higher ground. Guess its trial and error when it turns blue somewhere in this level 🤷‍♀️

It looks like the Apex Legends team is investigating the issues with dropping the care package during training. They've added it to the Apex Tracker.

When I go to use lifelines ultimate and call in the package I'll press ZR and it just acts like I haven't even pressed L+R
