Lines of light on screen Apex Legends New Update

Playing Apex on pc. 2070super GPU. Have been playing since the game first came out and never experienced this issue. When the new update came out and I started playing, in game it seems in some areas there is a glitchy bug like thing that cause lines to flash around my screen. Looks like screen tearing but I don’t have that issue. Ran other games to confirm it’s just apex doing this. Any help? Anyone else run into this issue?
