Linked accounts glitched

I started playing apex on my xbox but I recently got a playstation, so I linked my playstation account to my ea account. When I hopped on apex on my playstion my account was completely wiped so I went to the ea website to check my linked accounts, the xbox icon appears in not linked but when I click it to link my xbox account a prompt says, "Your accounts can’t be linked because your Xbox account KxiBT already linked to your EA Account for ... An EA Account can only be linked to one Xbox account in its lifetime." How can I fix this issue?

    Hey KxiBT​,

    Keep in mind progress is stored on the EA account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc. Because of that, if you link your platform to a different EA account, you'll lose access to that progress. It is not possible to transfer progress between separate EA accounts.

    This sounds like the EA account you've linked your PlayStation account to is not the same one connected to your Xbox account. If your progress is on Xbox, you won't want to unlink your Xbox and move it to the PlayStation account - that is going to result in losing your progress on the Xbox as well.

    In this case you'd want to link your PlayStation account to whichever EA account already has the Xbox linked. If you're running into any trouble getting the correct accounts linked, please contact support directly so they can take a look.

    EA_Mako​ sorry if I wasn't clear enough. My playstation account is linked to the same EA account (this one) that I was previously using on my xbox, but when I log in to apex on my playstation, my progress from xbox doesn't carry over. When I check the linked accounts, xbox appears in the "Not Linked" section and when I click it I get this prompt:

    No matter what I try I always end up back to this screen and I haven't been able to receive any help.

    add on: when I click "GO BACK" it just brings me back to the accounts screen and my xbox account still isn't linked, and every time I click it, it brings me back to that prompt, what do I do?

    Hey KxiBT​,

    The EA account you're using now has never launched Apex with any platform until your recent PlayStation login. 

    The Xbox account in your screenshot is not linked to your current EA account, as you've found by checking the connections page. It's already linked to a different EA account using the partially obscured email from your screenshot.

    If you don't recall or no longer have access to that Outlook email, it'd be best to get in touch with the support team so they can try to help verify and recover that account. 

    Essentially what you'll want to do here is remove your PlayStation account from the current EA account and re-link to the account in your screenshot, not unlink the Xbox from that one to connect it to your current account.
